Technical Requirements

View a free sample program and test your system to verify that you meet the minimum technical requirements.

Internet Connection Requirements

The minimum requirement for an Internet connection is a 56K modem. High-speed Internet access, such as DSL, cable, T-1, or ISDN is recommended for improved performance. If you are using a 56K modem, you may want to purchase the audio version of the desired program to ensure a smooth connection to the program. The quality of the video stream is dependent on the volume of Internet traffic at the time of transmission and is not impacted by your hardware, Thomson West, or West LegaledCenter.
